1. General

These Terms apply to all purchases made through the Bridge Engineering website.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT where applicable.

If a customer chooses to pay in another currency, currency conversion is handled by the selected payment provider (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). Exchange rates, conversion fees, or additional charges applied by the payment provider or the customer’s bank are outside the control of Bridge Engineering.

The final amount charged in a foreign currency may differ depending on the exchange rate applied at the time of payment.

3. Orders

An order becomes binding once confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates unless otherwise stated. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law.

Exceptions apply to:

• Custom-made products

• Personalized products

Returned goods must be unused and in original condition.

6. Warranty

Products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse

• Unauthorized modification

• Incorrect power supply

• Normal wear and tear

7. Limitation of Liability

Bridge Engineering shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts unless mandatory consumer protection law states otherwise.
